Parent Coaching

Work directly with our founder, Caitlin Greer Meister, who provides parent coaching and educational consulting for families looking for additional support.

We offer two coaching options:

Calm, Capable, Connected

Forget the self-care memes. Taking a shower or getting your favorite latte isn’t going to fix the chaos… but kids who can manage their own stuff?
That changes everything.

The real solution to raising independent kids and avoiding parent burnout? Teaching capable kid skills (aka executive functioning). No complicated systems that become one more thing for you to manage. Just practical strategies that transform daily chaos into calm…starting the very first time you use them.

No sticker charts. No extra time. Just real results that actually lighten your load while raising confident, capable kids.

  • We’ll discuss how kids develop executive functioning skills—what we call capable kid skills—and how you can most effectively support those skills at home so that your kids are more confident, capable, and independent.
  • We can tackle transitions, following directions, homework struggles, morning and bedtime routines, and the small adjustments you can make so that your kids feel more capable, they have more independence, and you aren’t frustrated and exhausted from issuing a thousand reminders and carrying the full mental load for everyone.
  • No complicated systems that become one more thing for you to manage. Just practical strategies that transform daily chaos into calm and help you raise independent kids starting the very first time you use them.

Diagnosis Imminent – Now What?!

You just got a neurodivergence diagnosis dropped on you, you have a report that takes a PhD to understand, and you’re overwhelmed grappling with…now what?

I bridge the gap between that report you’re holding and knowing what to do with it, both at home and in school.

  • You’ll feel less overwhelmed, better understand the results, and understand how the report you’ve been given translates into your child’s real experience at school and your daily experience at home.
  • We’ll talk about how any accommodations recommended really play out, how to communicate effectively with school and what questions to ask, how to be an effective team with school, what to look for if you decide to change schools, and more.
  • You’ll feel confident about how to prioritize your next steps, including how to find, vet, and communicate effectively with providers and caregivers so that you have a trusted, supportive team for your child.
  • If you’re considering a neuropsychological evaluation for your child but haven’t yet had one, we can talk about how that process works, how to choose a provider, what to expect, and what questions to ask so that you feel comfortable and prepared.
